Why Dial Realty Group?
Many people have asked, "Why Dial Realty Group?".
After 13 years of breeding & raising mules for pleasure riding at the Dial-A-
Mule Farm, Tom & Joyce Dial decided to enter the world of real estate.
Deciding on a name was difficult, but since many people called Tom “Dial-A-
Mule”, the choice became obvious. “Dial-A-Mule Realty” was IT! The Dial’s
reputation of honest and ethical dealings provided them the support and
committed clients needed to ensure their success in the real estate market.
We have recently changed "Dial-A-Mule Realty" to "Dial Realty Group".
At Dial Realty Group, we strive to copy the traits of the mule…we are
committed to serving our clients and ensuring their best interests through
honesty, caution, faithfulness and friendship. At Dial Realty Group, honesty
is the ONLY policy and attitude is everything.

Our office is located in Springdale, Arkansas the heart of the Ozarks. We
are in the NW corner of the state just north of Fayetteville Arkansas, which
is the home of the Arkansas Razorback's. Our corner of the state has grown
in leaps and bounds in the last few years. Just north of here is Bentonville
Arkansas which is the location of the Wal-Mart home office, and Springdale
is the home of Tyson Foods home office. We have a major airport(XNA)
within minutes or here for everyone's convenience. Within the next 2 years
we will have our own minor league baseball team/stadium. Everything you
could ever want or need is within a few minutes drive, there is no wonder
everyone falls in love with the area once they visit.
